Nicole Stopfer is director of the KAS Regional Programme “Security Energy and Climate Change in Latin America” (EKLA). From 2013 until 2015 she was vice-representative of the KAS office Mexico and from 2015 until 2017 she served as Desk Officer for Chile, Argentina, Brazil and the Regional Programme EKLA in the Foundations Headquarters.
