Working with Nature: A Discussion on Rewilding and Restoration

20 March 2025 Online All Events

How often do you yearn to be in nature? A walk along the beach, through the woods or by a gentle river is scientifically proven to do wonders for your mental health. Nature has the ability to restore us.

Throughout human history, we have altered nature’s course to meet our needs. There is, however, a balance to be struck. The overexploitation of the natural world has consequences that are being exacerbated by a changing climate.  The well-being of our natural world is a reflection of our own. Do we have what it takes to return the favour and restore nature, too?
