Surya Ramachandran

Surya Ramachandran is an engineer by training from Chennai, India. After graduating from college, he headed into the wilds of Central India as a naturalist, spending time in Satpura and Kanha. Surya has lived in the mountains of the trans-Himalaya of India, working with the community to set up snow leopard and brown bear tracking operations. He has widely traveled in the subcontinent and has a deep love for the cold deserts of Ladakh, the deserts of Western India and the Western Ghats.
