“My work concerns gathering knowledge and developing policy feedback from innovation and research portfolios to advance sustainability and climate action. Prior to joining EIT Climate-KIC my work focused on EU policy development relevant to climate change mitigation and adaptation, energy transition and bioeconomy development, as well as on fostering cooperation across the forestry sector. Earlier I worked as a researcher and gained extensive scientific experience on sustainability and GHG emissions assessment, decision-support tools, and policy design in relation to bio-based value chains and natural resource management. I hold a PhD in Environmental Science and an MSc in Environmental Engineering.”
