Dr. Rinan Shah is a postdoctoral fellow at the Lakshmi Mittal and Family South Asia Institute, Harvard University and a co-founder of Reading Himalaya. She works on water, environment and development, and sustainability studies with a focus on mountains, governance, policy, institutions, and urban issues. She has worked across academia, research and implementation. Her work has been published in national and international journals and is a contributing author to the International Panel on Climate Change Sixth Assessment Report Working Group II.
