Natalie Unterstell is president of the Talanoa think tank dedicated to Brazilian climate policy. She has contributed as a negotiator for Brazil on climate change issues at the UN and has worked in federal and state governments, supporting the development of public policies, including the most ambitious climate change adaptation program ever conducted in the country, Brazil 2040, as director at SAE/Presidency of the Republic. She is a member of the Green Climate Fund Accreditation Panel. Natalie holds a master’s degree in public administration from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
