He has been working in the field of low-carbon energy deployment for 20 years. He was previously head of legal affairs at EDF in charge of regulatory issues and energy markets. 

He has also worked for the French Nuclear Safety Authority as head of legal affairs. 

Antoine holds a Masters in Public Law and a Masters in International Affairs from Sciences Po Paris.
