Hanna Biro

As Policy Manager for Just Industrial Transition & CCS at Bellona Europa, Hanna contributes to advocacy efforts advancing industrial decarbonisation with a particular focus on just industrial transition and CCS in Europe. Her work focuses on policy analysis and advocacy, ensuring that decarbonisation efforts in the EU are both ambitious and socially fair. Prior to joining Bellona Europa, Hanna worked in management consulting. An economist by trade, she holds a EuroMaster diploma from VUB, specialising in European Environmental Governance, and a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Welfare Studies from the University of Southern Denmark (SDU).
